Please Read Before You Order
Click on item's photo (or item name) to see a larger photo. This will also show any quantity break discounts for the item. If you click on the "larger image" link that appears, you will see a full size photo.
If you wish to ship to a different address than your billing address, go into your account and use the address book to create a different ship to address. You can then select this address to use in the checkout process.
Shipping on orders within the USA...
We have a $4.50 minimum shipping and handling fee for all orders. This will appear on your order confirmation email.
However, if due to the weight of the order, the shipping costs are more than that, we will apply those charges to the total. We will email you prior to shipment to notify you of the actual cost.
If you are mailing a Check or Money Order, or paying via Paypal- please wait for the final total. (We may have to adjust for shipping or out of stock items.)
If you are paying via Paypal, we will send you a manual Paypal invoice when the order is ready.
If you are paying by Credit Card and prefer to call or fax in your information, please
select that payment method on the checkout. There will be a button to
print a form for faxing after you complete the checkout process.
Shipping on International Orders...
The actual amount of the shipment will depend on weight and country. We will email you prior to shipment with the exact cost.
All returns must have prior approval- please call or email within 10 days of receipt. (see contact info box) If an item arrives damaged, please keep the box and wrapping.
Discounts... Wholesale & Retail -
Our shopping cart does allow online ordering at wholesale prices to qualified resellers, but you must log in and register first and be pre-approved (usually within 24 hours). Please enter your company name & resale number in the "company name" field on the form. You will be notified when you are approved & can view wholesale pricing.
We do offer item quantity price breaks for everyone on certain items. You will see the quantity breaks in the item's description if they are available for that item.
We also give our Retail customers a discount if your order total before tax and shipping is as follows:
5% discount- $35.00 - $49.99
10% discount- $50.00 - $74.99
15% discount- $75.00 - $99.99
20% discount- $100 and up
Please note- Items designated as N.E.T. are not eligible to be included towards the overal total for calculating the discount.
